First Official Day of High School
Winship Academy 2010
The first day is always a long one.
It's where we find out what is expected of us.
The children, yes;
But I always learn what they expect of me, also.
I love it.
We all sit down on the couch and read our Bible together.
Haley always wants to read aloud, Corban, not so much.
And that's ok.
On to History, Geography,Handwriting, Literature, LUNCH,
Math,Science (biology this year), and Spanish.
Today took until 3:00.
(we didn't get started until 10:30, sleepyheads!)
You say home education is supposed to take less time than PU school;
I say it does... on days 2~180.
(we won't sleep so long tomorrow...)
Just today, it was fun reading, playing and serving each other.
Tomorrow we will be done around 1:00.
Or sooner.
Yeah.
